The PSI ITCS combines automatic vehicle management and location (AVM/AVL) which efficiently schedules vehicles and simplifies planning processes. Operations are constantly monitored in real time and prompt intervention is possible when problems arise such as service disruptions or schedule adherence issues.
Passengers are provided with up to the minute information on service alterations via on-vehicle displays, at stops or on mobile devices. This enhances the passenger experience, boosts operational efficiency and generally improves the attractiveness of public transport.

PSItraffic/Info
PSItraffic/Info enables public transport operators to provide up-to-the-minute information to passengers before and during their journeys. A wide variety of communication technologies can be used in combination with PSItraffic/Info to convey real time information on arrival/departure times, connection details and service alterations.
Information can be displayed on-vehicle, at stop or platform, via information kiosk, via web and on mobile devices.
PSItraffic/Info is fully flexible and performs the complete range of tasks necessary to run passenger information systems.
Depot Management
PSItraffic/Depot
The PSI depot management system PSItraffic/Depot supports and optimises all business processes within the depot. It is fully configurable and scalable to a wide range of numbers of vehicles, personnel and depots.
Tracking vehicles within the depot is an important input for many depot management functions. PSItraffic/Depot is based upon extensive experience with different tracking and location technologies for depot use. Modern RFID and transponder technologies allow the system to locate vehicles within the depot area from entering to parking and leaving the depot.

The comprehensive, modularly designed system meets the requirements for standardization, integration and establishment of compatibility between a variety of products and services available on the market. PSItraffic is designed in such a way that it is independent of the different event-based carrier services, such as GSM/GPRS, company radio, analogue and digital trunking (TETRAPOL or TETRA), BIIS and other wireless services, so it can be used in a wide range of applications, even in conjunction with a heterogeneous network structure.
