Group Call in Local Public Transport - PSI offers the Solution

PSI Transcom now offers mobile group call for local public transport companies. It is integrated into the control system PSItraffic using modern on-board computers or mobile phones and separate handsfree sets.

In addition, the solution can be used as an independent voice radio system optionally with geographical display of the vehicles (GIS card).

Different from comparable applications the language between the participants (driver, planning manager) is transfered by a live streaming, where transmission starts immediately.

The PSI solution allows both, simultaneous hearing and speaking of all participants (group call), as well as the Push to talk (PTT) function, with which can only be spoken, if the send button is pressed.

Because of the very high net coverage and the increase of data communication capacity of the mobile communication network, language data can be transmitted surely and fast even in overloaded times.
