The solution is based on the PSItraffic platform developed by PSI Transcom.

PSItraffic gives public transport operators flexibility in performing the range of tasks related to passenger information systems and operations monitoring.

The passenger information system by PSI Transcom has a modular structure based on PSItraffic, which means it can be adapted easily to the requirements of individual transport operators. PSItraffic supports a variety of interfaces for both displays and vehicle detectors, so that existing equipment can be upgraded with minimal cost. The basis for the interfaces with other systems is the PSItraffic standard VDV 453 interface, which exchanges data via established data subscriptions.

The server can be remote-controlled via a fixed connection or via the web. Displays can receive information via a wired or a wireless connection.
