Customer friendly information media

Various information media can be incorporated with PSItraffic to provide passengers with information on connections and departure times. Passengers can receive information on the current timetables at the station, on the Web or via mobile terminals.

Display unit technology

The display portfolio of PSI Transcom includes single-face and double-face versions with LED, LCD or TFT technology for both stationary as well as mobile applications.

Web-based information, terminal systems

The information contained in the PSItraffic system can be made available either internally via a Web server or externally. For example, the timetable information which is not currently shown on the display units can be requested and individual route planning can be made available.

Voice portals

Passengers can call up on the telephone using voice portal services and receive connection information, transfer information and departure times, and even purchase tickets.

Mobile end devices

The PSItraffic services offered via the voice portal can also be made available for use via mobile terminals (PDAs and cell phones).
