Social Security: PSI Awarded Orders for Standard Software basis3ooo•

Berlin, 24 February 2003 –PSI has been awarded the contracts from the cities of Schwerin and Cottbus for the introduction of basis3ooo• youth office. Furthermore, the City of Gera has awarded PSI the contract for introducing basis3ooo• welfare. Neubrandenburg has placed the order for basis3ooo• basic security. Along with these new customers all exiting basis3ooo• customers have ordered the implementation of the new basis3ooo• basic security module. Basic security has had to be available as a new social service by the communities since 1 January. The total volume of the orders is about Euro 650,000.

 

basis3ooo• is, with more than 3,000 productive working places, one of the most well-established applications for welfare and youth offices in Germany. The standard software supports the government welfare services. It is used throughout Germany in major municipal, town, district, county and state governments. With basis3ooo• modules and components it is possible to optimize and simplify all the processes within this framework.

 

With these strategically important contracts PSI solidifies its excellent market position in the Government Business and paves the way for the modern state.
