The conversion of diesel-powered bus fleets to alternative drive types is accompanied by changes in operational processes and the introduction of new technologies. We will show you how our AI-based depot and charging management system PSIebus can ensure maximum availability of your vehicles - starting with parallel operation of diesel and electric buses up to full e-bus operation. In addition to e-buses in Paris and Berlin, the system also controls 100 e-buses operated by Hamburger Hochbahn AG. These have already covered more than 3.5 million kilometers, saving around 4,500 tons of CO2.
The system automatically takes into account the current charging status and the predicted remaining range of the e-buses when flexibly scheduling the vehicles and supports them with suitable suggestions. For this purpose, it uses the PSI optimization software Qualicision, which determines the next parking space at the depot in a matter of seconds based on the next required work steps such as cleaning, refueling, charging and workshop.
An integrated load and charging management system takes into account aspects of network monitoring and control. It forecasts, controls and regulates energy consumption, develops strategies for the existing charging infrastructure and monitors compliance with charging performance.
The presentation by Moveo Software GmbH will focus on contemporary optimization options within the framework of Profahr personnel scheduling (OPD). With the help of the extension modules Vacation Management (ULM) and Desired Work Schedule Formation (WPB), employees' wishes are automatically scheduled with the highest possible degree of fulfillment, taking into account individual, oerational regulations. A duty and vacation exchange also offers employees the option of independently exchanging duties or vacation days that have already been assigned. This enables companies to fulfill up to 80 percent of their employees' wishes. This leads to measurably high employee satisfaction, successful retention of valuable skilled workers, and at the same time means an enormous reduction in workload for planners.

As a mobile application, it integrates all employees into the operational planning and communication processes, independent of time and location.
