CeBIT 2003: HAASE Decides for PSI ERP Product

Berlin, 19 March 2003 – In the framework of this year's CeBIT, PSI has been awarded a contract from the HAASE Group to supply the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution PSIPENTA.COM. HAASE decided in favor of PSIPENTA.COM primarily due to the possibility of the elegant handling of special parts, the so-called exotics. This makes it possible to reproduce one-off parts, which is about 50 percent of the products at HAASE. The volume of the order is about € 250,000.

The HAASE Group builds and services systems in the field of environmental and energy engineering. The company's process technology is used employed in over 700 industrial sites in Germany, Europe and Asia. In the environmental sector HAASE Energietechnik is one of the leading providers of process technology systems for the disposal of seepage water and dump gas from waste dumps.

Along with the possibility of handling exotics, HAASE decided for PSIPENTA because of the good functional suitability. Furthermore, the positive response in numerous reference visits at PSIPENTA customers was decisive. This strategically important order underlines the success of the current PSI strategy for small and medium-sized companies.

PSI AG develops individual solutions, on the basis of its own software, for the management of large networks (electricity, gas, oil, telecommunications, transport), cross-company production management (steel, chemicals, machinery, automotive, logistics) and information management for government and service providers. PSI was founded in 1969 and currently employs 1,300 persons in the group.
