Berlin, 23 June 2003 – PSI is continuing to pursue the tightening of their group structure which began in 2002. In this connection, front2back AG, which to date had acted independently on the market, will be integrated into UBIS AG. As a result of the combination of the portal and agent technology specialist UBIS with front2back, the provider of intelligent, Internet-based solutions, a complete provider is born, with more than 60 employees and an entire range of products, ranging from web design to development of complex portal applications.
In the framework of the new participation strategy PSI has also increased its holdings in GSI GmbH to 100%. With that PSI assumes the sole corporate management of GSI, which produces software components for production control and personnel planning.
